I’ve spent the last 15 years learning from some of the best doctors in the world. I’ve learned so much in the process, and I’ve been able to integrate that knowledge into my own practice to better serve the people I work with. But I only have so much time, so I can only help so many people.
But anyone can listen to a podcast, which makes it a perfect platform for my message, one that is incredibly aligned with my mission to offer practical applications of modern wellness that can be easily woven into the tapestry of your everyday life.
