But I have noticed that if I don’t keep myself in check, I find myself completely depleted. Can you relate? To avoid this, I’ve started to ask myself some questions…

This led me to think about the interaction I have with others. How does someone leave me feeling after I interact with them? Do I feel fueled or depleted?
