Is the water you’re drinking pure? I’m assuming not. Most people use carbon filters to filter their water – whether that’s the filter attached to their refrigerator or the filter in their Brita. But the truth is, carbon filters are not enough for filtering your water effectively. Plus, even if they were enough, people don’t change them regularly enough to be effective anyway.
And resorting to bottle water for purer water isn’t the best option either. As many of the top bottle water brands are simply just filled with tap water or still contain just as many toxins as tap water, regardless of what their claims are.
