Auto-Delivery Program

If you choose to subscribe for automatic delivery of any one of our products, you will choose a custom quantity, time period, and shipping method to define the terms of your Auto-Delivery plan. Upon placing your order for your customized Auto-Delivery plan, you will initially be charged one payment for the quantity of product and shipping method that you chose. After the time period that you chose has elapsed, we will charge your payment method on file and send you a new supply of product. The quantity of product will be equal to the original quantity you chose, the payment amount will be equal to the original payment amount, and the order will be shipped via the original shipping method you chose.

Unless you call to cancel, we will continue to charge this amount to your payment method on file and send you a new supply of product on a recurring basis as frequently as you indicated when you defined the terms of your Auto-Delivery plan. Return Policy

All of our products are backed by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, less shipping and handling.

If you have purchased one 30 Day Supply or received one automatic shipment of product as part of your Auto-Delivery program, you must contact us by e-mail within 30 days of your original purchase to request a return and receive authorization. To standardize the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, purchases are eligible for return up to 30 days after the original date of purchase, not 30 days after receipt of your shipment.

If you have purchased more than one bottle or received multiple automatic shipments as part of your Auto-Delivery program, you may return a maximum of one opened bottle and any number of sealed, unopened bottles within 30 days of your original purchase.

Upon receipt of the product at our shipping facility, we will initiate a full refund, less the cost of shipping and handling. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of return authorization in order to qualify for a refund. To protect both company and client, tracking is required for every returned package. We do not accept return shipments marked Return to Sender.

Arbitration Clause
